Just mark NO, since it is a Yes / No question. You currently have EAD for next 2 years, hopefully it'll get renewed. You don't have a crystal ball to tell what will happen after that.

a couple of comments. i agree with el hacko and jliechty that the front strawberry should be the one in focus. the ones that are in focus are not special and you can't see the entire berry so there is no compelling reason to focus on them. at least the one in the front is whole and big.
you might also want to 'soften' the light and eliminate the hot spots (overexposed) that are on the fruit. there should be more pretty color where you see white. you can use bounce flash or a diffuser to accomplish this and still get the bright look.
adding more attractive texture to the strawberries might be accomplished with some water droplets, especially on the leaves which look kind of dry.
food photography is one of the hardest disciplines but you're doing a great job.

This was a complete and total screw up on my part (I forgot my flash was on) but after looking at it for a while....I kind of like it. As a California immigration lawyer who files many asylum cases, I am used to thinking of a the United States as a place of refuge and to documenting the horrible country conditions of other countries. I have successfully represented applicants for asylum who feared staying in their countries because while serving in their countries' armies, they were harmed on account of their sexual orientation.
It is therefore rather surprising to come across a story of a U.S.soldier who is fleeing to Canada (http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2009/11/20/refugee-board-soldier-lesbian.html) because she fears harm in the U.S. Army on account of her sexual orientation. According to CBC news, U.S. Army Pte. Bethany Smith fled Canada in September 2007 from a U.S. Army base in Fort Campbell, Ky. She applied for refugee status in October 2007, saying that she was harassed and threatened by fellow soldiers over her sexual orientation and feared that her life would be in danger if she were deported and returned to the army. The Canadian authorities initially rejected in her claim in February 2009. However, on appeal, the Federal Court of Canada held that the refugee board must reconsider the case again because the Board made several mistakes in initially reviewing her claim.
The Federal Court's decision (http://www.californiaimmigrationlawyerblog.com/Smith%20and%20the%20Minister%20of%20Citizenship%20 and%20Immigration.pdf)noted that the refugee board failed to fully consider the evidence pertaining to the situation of gays and lesbians in the U.S. Army to determine whether Pte. Smith could have availed herself of protection in the United States. The Federal Court also noted that the Board failed to determine whether Pte. Smith would be persecuted on account of her social group - as a lesbian in the U.S. Army if forced to return. There were other errors mentioned in the decision.
It is sad that the U.S. policy of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," is the basis of an asylum claim in Canada. Pt. Smith was only 19 years old when she fled to Canada. From everything I read, it appears that she wanted to serve in the U.S. Army and no real desire to leave the United States. At a time when we apparently need people to serve in the Armed Forces and in fact give non-citizens a way to immigrate to the United States faster for their service, it seems ridiculous that an American citizen should have to leave. It it is time to eliminate the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.

I have filed my I485 on July2nd 2007 at NSC , my priority date is June2004 EB3 category.I recently saw 3 LUD's within 1 week timeframe. Is this a good thing or bad thing?? did this happen to anyone?

I had a friend in the same situation. Had H1 and EAD. He worked halftime for two years to finish his MBA. Now went back to fulltime H1. I think your company has to approve it and yes he filed ammendment.
Thanks for the info. I am in the process of asking for approval from my company and I don't anticipate major problems.
So far other than H1b amendment I don't see any other actions I need to take. If anybody can think of anything else please reply to this post.

My cousin sister told me yesterday that - many are shy. Especially men - men could be the shyest people when it comes to showing up in public.
Yes, a big reason for people hiding inside closets is shyness.
This is also called social inhibition - UNABLE TO INTERACT SOCIALLY IN PUBLIC.
COME ON FOKLS - LETS ALL BE REAL MEN - LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT YOU EXIST. YOU HAVE TO OVERCOME YOUR SHYNESS
A LOT OF WOMEN ARE DOING SELFLESS HELP AT IV - THESE WOMEN ARE BRAVE - THEY WILL ONLY APPRECIATE BRAVE MEN - SO IF YOU SHOW UP YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED BY ALL THE GREAT WOMEN AT IV.

My husband and I are working on H1B visa.My husband has filed for Green card..
Now my question is at what stage in my husdband's Green card process, will I be eligible for the visa extension

None. to extend your H1 you need your own employment-based-GC process. But if you have alreayd filed I-485, you dont need an H1, you can continue working on an EAD based on his green card process.
If I also file for the green card, I get labor cleared and just in case I lose the job.Then what options I have

If your company is willing to continue your GC (unlikely if you lose your job there) then you can get extension while that LC is valid (labor remains valid for 180 days, during which an I-140 must be filed). If you get past I-140 approval with this company, then you can use taht I-140 for extensions as long as this company does not revoke the I-140.

Off Lately in this forum and thru my freinds I am hearing premiums are also getting delayed..
Even in My case Fedex has reached uscis on Jan 17 , for me and my family but checks have not yet got cleared..
my lawyer says , nowadays the delay is because vermont cases are getting transferred to Calisfornia center for H1 Extension ..
